UPRTOU Admission 2026
UPRTOU Admission is open for UG, PG, Diploma and Certificate courses. Seats are allotted on merit, based on the marks of your last exam. Most students get direct entry. Five courses work differently. B.Ed, B.Ed Special Education, MBA, MCA, and PhD all need an entrance test held by the university. The paper is objective type, runs for two hours, and is set in Hindi and English. Everything else is direct. Note that if you want to apply for more than one course, you must fill a separate form for each. Your form is checked by the study centre you pick, and only then do you pay the course fee.
UPRTOU Admission Last Date 2026
13 September 2026 is the last date for the July session. The university has already extended this date once, so treat it as final. UPRTOU takes students twice a year, in January and July. UPRTOU UG Admission 2026
UPRTOU Admission at the degree level is simple. You need a 10+2 pass with about 50% marks, and 45% for SC, ST, and OBC students. No test is held at this level. M.A. is the most picked PG course in UPRTOU Admission. It runs for two years and comes in a wide range of arts and humanities subjects. You need a degree with 50% marks from a known university. Is the UPRTOU Degree Valid?
Yes. UPRTOU was set up in 1999 by an Act of the Uttar Pradesh legislature and is the state open university of UP. It is approved by UGC-DEB, AICTE and NCTE, and NAAC has given it a B+ grade.
